Panic atack

I was just wondering if you ever experienced panic attacks when you see that you are around the value of 80. I dont know why but i began to feel panic when i see that my value is around 80 and i eat some sugar and then i test, test and test until i see that it began to raise.

I dont know how to get over this taking into consideration that in 3 years i was realy ok, good control. Before i was ok if i had a low i wasnt afraid but now im realy scared even if i dont have a low.

I'm T1, on lantus and humalog.
