Time Change and Insulin

I have been on lantus a little over four years now, and have noticed a pattern when we fall back an hour for fall or spring forward an hour for spring regarding day light savings time. Every spring I have to drop my lantus dose, and every fall I have to increase it by a difference of up to 10u. It's a gradual change but starts as soon as the time change does. Anyone else have similar changes?
