| I like to snacke on nuts...mostly sunflower seeds. They have equal amounts of fibre and carbs so they're basically nothing except you do need to watch the fat. Salads with some really good protien (roast chicken, shaved steak etc.) make great options too. What about a really good tex mex chillie...that's loaded with protien and lots of fibre. Anyways, just some ideas.
