The HA1C of a normal/healthy person is generally not more than 5.2. It indicates the blood glucose level/control in the last 3-4 months. A reading of 6 indicates that your BGL is a bit on the higher side. Also, if 136 mm/dl is a fasting BGL, it is above the normal level or 80-100 mm/dl. If these readings accompany with weight loss, frequent urination etc. its surely a case of Diabetes.

I suggest that you should contact your GP ASAP to get a detailed analysis of your blood/urine and let him conclude the rest.
