I'd like to lose the 10 pounds I gained after taking the radioactive iodine for the Grave's Disease but all I ever do is go into insulin shock. I've tried exercise, not eating, and taking large doses of synthroid but nothing works. I would assume in order to loose weight, one must burn body fat which will cause a rise in the ketones. Is that correct? When I developed diabetes I lost weight so if I allow my blood sugar to run high and force my body to burn fat for fuel, would that work?

Say you'll share with
me one
love, one lifetime . . .
Lead me, save me
from my solitude . . .

Say you want me
with you ,
here beside you . . .
Anywhere you go
let me go to . . .
Christine,
that's all I ask of . . .
(you)
