HI all -
I'm still having trouble figuring out what to eat for breakfast that I can cover properly. So far I've tried:
1. Whole grain cereal w/fiber - premeal bg 131; 1 hours post 219
2. Two eggs with 2 slices of bread - 158 before; 164 2 hours post meal w/correction for 158 taken with bolus. Hmmm.
Has anyone tried toast w/egg whites?
