| Don't know what to tell you, I thought I had it figured out, and the last week it's all messed up. This morning fasting BS 112: 1 slice low carb bread with spray margerine, 1 hard boiled egg, a bite (maybe 2 inches) of a banana.....4 hours later, 203! It gets soooooo frustrating!
