Personally, no, unless I knew it was rising sharply. I don't often test following meals, unless I am feeling off. If I am below 4 mmol or above 10 mmol, I will correct.

I used to use a Minimed 506 (1993-2005).
My last A1C was 6.0 (September 2006).
