| I started using Silhouettes in January after having many many bent cannulas on the Quick-Sets. When I called MM to ask for some samples, they also sent the Serter. It jammed after just a couple of weeks so they sent another. I tried to insert manually once and my skin seemed to turn to rubber. I could not get it in at all.
I really like the Silhouettes but I do miss the ease of the Quick-Sets, which I have no problems inserting manually.
