I seem to have lost my way a little with my weight loss. I have lost 22lbs, but that was before Christmas, I have put on 3 1/2 lbs since then. I went back to Weight Watchers yesterday, and I went to a different meeting with a new leader, and she is VERY motivational. So I have high hopes of losing the rest of the excess weight.
I also walk my dogs for excercise, but I'm afraid not on a regular enough basis.
All my family are eager to excercise with me, but their promises never come to anything. So I have to devise something on my own. I think I will go swimming, but I'm not sure yet.
