sunshine, that is something you and PCP will have to work out between you.

My guess, they'll start you on meds first, if needed, then eventually switch you insulin, again, as needed.

In many ways, you'll be treated just as a T2.

you have to understand, this is a new classification and the Drs. are sorta feeling their way
around this new phenom.
