Yeah, I think MM strongly recommends Energizers over Duracell batteries. My Pump trainer was actually the one who told me this, I believe , but at the time it kind of went in one ear and out the other ....that is, until I tried it. With Duracells, the last only a very short time and when it is a low battery many times I get no alarm or anything . With energizers, they last much longer and I usually always get the low battery alarm. So I guess there is a difference . I always assumed batteries are batteries and there wasn't a difference in brands...now I know
