I'm glad you're taking care of yourself. I've occasionally used diabetes as an excuse to eat something I want. I call it a "medical emergency," which has become something of a joke in my family. Don't feel guilty, you're entitled to a treat now and then in exchange for all the hard work you put in keeping good control.
