Don't kick yourself if you fail. Just get back up on your horse and try again. Two steps forward, one step back, is acceptable as long as you continue your forward momentum. That's my attitude also, does ANYONE not equate "diet" with "temporary change in eating pattern in order to lose weight"? So, like Cyborg, I decided to go on a lifestyle. Don't give up...its not always easy, but always worth while.
