I'm on a pump (6 weeks). I don't correct for anything less than about 150 or 160. These bad highs usually happen after breakfast and lunch, and can be as high as 180-200 if things are stressful (diet is constant for these meals). I was on Symlin prior to going on a pump for this exact condition. I'm a little spooked about stacking bolus' but have occasionally done so when I've got less than 2 units on baord. My last A1c was 6.3 - so unless I go up I probably will not bolus for my highs of 120-160.
