I take Imitrex for migraines. I take the pill for but prefer the shots because they work quicker, though they don't like me. They make me sick so I had to go back to pills. I have had migraines all my life so I don't know about the diabetes portion. Do they occur when you have a bad low or just happen. I know if I have had a bad low, even with me treating it, I can get one.

I have not dealt with that drug before, but I know with the Imitrex they state that if you have certain heart problems that you should not take it. This would be something to look into. I don't have heart problems, high bp and such, so I have never worried. After living all my life with these and never any drug to help, this is like a miracle for me. I problem would take it regardless, well sort of.
