Hello Mario, long time no see! Sorry to hear you have probs with migraines. Migraines are terrible! My husband suffers from them. On a regular basis! He doesn't have diabetes. It might not be related to your diabetes. I do get really bad headaches at times (BG related) but they never EVER last 24 to 48hours.

It's mostly stress that gets him into trouble. And like you, his migraines will last 1 to 2 days, but I've seen him suffer as much as 4 or 5 days in a row. Would he seek medical attention??! Nope! Too stubborn but that's another story

I hear migraines are always triggered by something. A friend of mine has those triggers : cheese, and perfume.

Would it be a good idea to try and keep some kind of record of what you do, what is your day like (stress wise) and perhaps take note of what you eat? If indeed you suffer from migraines you have a few triggers. If you avoid whatever triggers your migraines perhaps you'll suffer less? If you can nail down what causes your migraines it would be a step in the right direction I think.

And seek medical advice too!

The very best to you. I hope you feel better very soon!!!
