It is against the law in every city, every state on the Federal level in the US. There still exist the dual jurisdiction problem. The feds will arrest you while the locals will allow you to do it. Local government cannot make laws that do away with the Federal drug laws. I would love to say that it is Bush's fault, but this crosses both parties. |
I am aware of the dual jurisdiction delema, it really does seem silly though, doesnt it?
