That's the problem for me with Chinese. Yeah, I could take enough insulin for long enough using a combination of boluses, lots of testing and strict monitoring...BUT in the end, was it worth all that effort so I could chow down on General Chicken Toes and Egg Foo Young?
And then, if there was any gastric distress...LOL, not worth it.
