| Wow, I've never had an issue and have Chinese food once a week. I try to eat just half the egg roll or at least just half the outer wrapper, since it's pure carbs, and eat all the veggies inside. I rarely get rice but when I have rice, it doesn't affect me. I can eat spare ribs, chicken fingers, har lung woo, beef with mushrooms, etc without having any issues at all.
I also avoid the duck sauce or have just one teaspoon for the entire meal |
