Air (or microwave) popped pocorn with some seasonings. I have a Presto microwave popper that you don't have to add any oil to. I usually put the kernels in, spray them quickly with an olive oil mister, sprinkle a little salt and then let it pop.

My sister just told me that she found little sugar free/fat free chocolate meringues, sweetend with Splenda. She's not diabetic, though, just watching her weight! I forget how many carbs she said they had but it was very few per serving.

I actually like Egg Beaters with some salsa for a snack.
