Sorry you are having such a time now. Feeling like you've been run over by a mac truck is no fun. And being laughed at is even worse. When we have the big D we have to feel like we can talk to the doc. I would run, not walk to another doctor, and then I'd make sure that this one knows why. Noone else should have to put up with such insensitivity either.

Good luck figuring out what's going on. Jedi had a great explanation of the Somogi (I can't even spell it) effect. He is a super reliable source.
