Man, do I remember the fun of being a diabetic teenager! Not only do you have the raging hormones, and social issues to deal with, but on top of that throw in a crazy thing like Diabetes and it's just plain hard sometimes. My sugars were all over the place too, but that's probably more because I didn't take care of myself. do yourself a favor, honey. Learn to take care of the diabetes now, don't wait like I did, until you're in your late 20s and start then. You'll be in much better health and much more happy later on if you do.
As to the 2 men in your life. I've got a daughter, and Dads are just Dads, no matter how hard or mean he sounds, I'm sure if he's like me, he does it because he loves you too much to see you this way. Remember to talk to him, not just run from his yelling.
The boyfriend is another story. As far as I'm concerned, my daughter can start dating when she's about 43 years old! I was a teenage boy, and I know what's going on in those brains of theirs!

But, you're still very young. Enjoy life and take is easy. You're still learning how to interact with guys and they have no clue as to how to interact with you. It'll probably take him 10 years to figure it out!
