| Trigger Foods Mine is chocolate. Problem is, when I have some can't just have a little. My lack of control can go on for days/weeks. Then I have to readjust to my diet/lifestyle change all over again. So, the question is...completely do without it? My son's birthday is coming up so that is an excuse to have cake...then my birthday...Thanksgiving...XMAS...NYE...Daughter's Bday...you get the picture.
Is it just easier to permanently cut those things out of your diet if you have had no success in moderation of said items? I'm starting to think it might be easier to give it up alltogether. |
