| The sooner you do book the cheaper. And alot of times if you book directly with hotels (don't use those online places like Expedia, Orbitz, etc.) you can cancel with no penalties if you let them know a week in advance. So if someone booked now, and in March the rates dropped, they could rebook and then cancel their previous reservation.
