You must be feeling really tired! Sounds like your insulin regimen needs to be reviewed. Non diabetics carbo-load before and/or after workouts to increase insulin levels. And the anabolic effects of insulin help with muscle growth, amongst other things. But with those kinds of BG numbers, your insulin levels are probably pretty low..... The other problem with running out of insulin is that causes glycogen to be released, sending your BG even higher. I would hold off with the exercise until you get the insulin/BG levels sorted.
