| I've had my Cozmo for 10 months and haven't had anything but good experiences. I called a few times to change my set orders, exchange sets etc until I found what worked best for me. All the exchanges and returns were all free. I actually felt bad and wanted to pay shipping one-way at least.
I haven't had any other brands to compare against, but I can't imagine getting better service.
