well first off in my origional post when i started getting back on track after a year of not doing anything my A1C was 17 and i didn't have any negative effects. Secondly i have been working on bringing my numbers down but I am having trouble and i am working with my doctor and dietician.
After a year of not doing anything I think it may take a year if not longer to get back to perfect numbers. i do realize that my numbers are high and am working on all sides of this but my insulin dosage is between me and my dietician than my doctor. My doctor i great and is helping me in different aspects but my dietician is the one that is working with me and my insulin numbers.
compared to the 17, 10 is really good and it has been coming down over the last nine months but unfortunately i don't have a magic wand to magically make my bgs and diet and exersise all work perfectly and get my numbers 100% normal immediately.
Am i the only one who fell off the wagon and is trying to get back on. I am 22 and married if i don't take care of myself i know what will and can happen. I joined the forum for support and in this thread all but one have ragged on my lack of control. Did anyone of you read my other posts?!??
anyway i am sorry i am stressed enough with my numbers to have people tell me what i already know and make me more stressed about the numbers because instead of encouraging me I get everyone parenting me.
anyway ....
