| The Numbers are In Well, on August 1st I saw my endo and my cholestrol and all there were not where she wanted them. My A1C was also high, well, high for where it should be, but then again, I've only been under 7 once. Here were the numbers then.... August 1st
A1C - 7.1%
Total Cholestrol - 187
Triglycerides - 97
HDL - 41
LDL - 127
And now today, my numbers are... November 1st
A1C - 6.3%
Total Cholestrol - 144
Triglycerides - 96
HDL - 38
LDL - 87
She wasn't worried about the HDL or Tri drop and said those are within lab error allotment. She asked what contributed to it, I said three words...."I moved out." I now cook my own food and do everything for myself. I know what I'm putting in my body and can weigh it pre-cooked with spices and everything else. I told my mom it was her cooking but she didn't think that was funny. But what else could it have been? LOL
