It's good to hear that you're taking control. Insulin shots aren't bad at all. The needles now are tiny and you won't even feel them - okay maybe a little pinch or sting once in awhile, but they're mostly painless. They have pens that are extremely convenient to carry & use, so don't worry about it. I hope your training goes well next week.
