| Wow, you're up late like I am. One thought, there are a ton of threads here talking about taking basal and bolus insulins. Why not print out a few and ask your GP why if it's the normal protocol to put people on both, why he thinks you don't need both. Obviously you think you do, we think you do, and we think your GP is an idiot. LOL If he won't give you any, ask him for his reasoning and don't leave until you have the answers you need!
I'd offer you my unopened bottle of Lantus, but I think I'd get in trouble for that!
