Ok, now ya got me on the holiday dessert hunt! LOL I DID find some pumpkin cheesecake bars!! But you would need to substitute the sugarfree jello pudding for the regular to make it low carb. It's not outrageously high in the first place 20g carbs per serving. It looks delish ... I think I'm gonna try it this year!!!
