Keep in mind that in a clinical trial they have to report anything that happens as a potential side effect. So if some people's bg increased (for any reason) while they were in the trial, they have to report that. It doesn't mean that the Actos necessarily caused it.

It does take at least two weeks to have an effect. It sounds like something else may be going on.
