Deus,
If what you are taking doesn't work go back to your GP and ask for some nystan mouth wash a friend of mine had a dreadful case of oral thrush after he was given loads of IV antibiotics when he had pneumonia, the nystan cleared it up very quickly.
Also try using a salt mouth wash. Gentin violet works wonders too but slight problem you turn violet where the stuff touches
Avoid all yeast products and sugary food as yeast will feed on them.
Lastly but not least tell your blood sugars to behave
