| When I first began taking Lantus last year, I had some swelling at the injection site for about 12 hours after the dose; however, after about three weeks using Lantus, that problem stopped. I haven't had any other problems with Lantus, though there are reports that Lantus is linked to depression (there is a thread about that here somewhere!!).
I am sorry to hear about your difficulties and hope you are able to sort them out soon.
