Oh Gosh! lol you want to know what I ate. Turkey, mashed potatos, stuffing, green beans, salad, cheese, olives, various vegs on veg tray, cheesy poofs. coffee, diet coke, diet coke,diet coke, more turkey, and cranberry walnut pie. I have no clue how many carbs I ate or how many calories. My starting bs was 110 and 2hrs post prandial 130. Yay islets!!
the foods I avoided, pumpkin pie, rolls, pumpkin muffins, sweet potatos, jello salad, and acorn squash soup. bleh, who needs them?? ik ik ik lol and they're all high carb so I have an excuse to not eat them every year.
