I did horribly today . Stayed in the 200s for the whole day, which I'm not even completely understanding. I didn't really go overboard eating, so it's a bit peculiar. It seems to be a problem I have on most every holiday, ufortunately and I knew it was going to be that way today when I woke up. I tested this mornng at a lovely (not) 288 and whenever I start that high, I have a heck of a time trying to control things the rest of the day. Oh well, tomorrow's another day & I'm going to do my best to make it better, control wise

And let go of what I’ve done

Put to rest
What you thought of me
Well I cleaned this slate
With the hands
Of uncertainty

So let mercy come
And wash away
What I’ve done

I’ve faced myself
To cross out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
