| We had a mid-afternoon turkeyfest. I ate lotsa the bird (went back for more), mashed taters, stuffing, gravy, a pumpkin cake for dessert and odds and ends. I figured it to be 120g of carbs.
I was 86 at the start of the meal, 114 two hours later, before bed I was 102. Not bad at all. At wake up this morning I was 206. OOPS!!! I blame all the turkey I ate. I bolused the carbs but neglected counting the turkey's protein. Thinking back, I think I gobbled at least 10 oz of turkey, an amount I'd normally have dual bolused for if it had been a nice steak. I'll do better next year.
