All I do is look up the manufactures phone numbers, ring them up and tell them that I want to try such and such meter, and that I test between 12-26 times per day (I am on a insulin pump, and I am severely hypo-unaware) and they send me the meter(s) that I want to try and a sampling of 50 strips.
I have gotten a Accu-Chek Aviva kit, a Therasense Freestyle Freedom, and such like that, and enough strips to give a good opinion (sorry guys I like my Freestyle CoZmonitor which hooks to the back of my CoZmo pump).
