I do not have the problem you have with beef, but I have the same issue with milk. My suggestion???? Give up beef, it sounds like it may be hard on your kidneys. I gave up eating beef about a month ago and I feel much better for it. It can be a challenge at times, but well worth the effort.

This whole thing is quite funny, because if it was indeed a kidney problem then why doesn't it happen all the time? but when it happens I run to the loo to the point that i have to go and drink extra water else I'll dehydrate.
I think I must cut back on the meat
