I don't know about Ontario, but here in B.C. the bakery item at Tim Horton's aren't hand made anymore. They are brought in pre-made and frozen, then baked on premise. Not as good as they used to be. Well, this was your first chili and doughnut test - it might take a few tries and then you'll have it down pat.
