| When I do cardio exercising, I need a simple carb like an orange juice to raise my bgs quickly and a complex carb like a zone bar to maintain my bgs over a 2 hr. period. Also need to eat afterwards to avoid a low. The zone bars contain a good ratio 40/30/30 of carb/prot/fats so one can lose wt. and maintain a good bg while exercising.*g*
