As for the hispanic part. I shoulda been more clear. I mean illegal ones. I know quite a few legal ones that speak fluent English. That's the key word, FLUENT, not 2 words and that's your English vocab. I'm one that thinks if you want to live (as in long term, not a 2 month job stay) in the US you need to speak the US language, which is English. They are just flooding this area like nothing else. Not to mention make our job EXTREMELY difficult and I won't be the first to say they could commit murder, leave their ID behind, be stopped by 50 police officers, and none would know they pulled over a murderer.
