everything. We give full boluses for fruit. It's somewhat tricky when carbs are listed for items "as purchased" (versus "flesh") and only a portion of a fruit is eaten. Still, even with a ratio of 1 unit to 40 carbs, no problems with lows (and our son eats lots of fruit - instead of candy).
