Hi everyone, I take a diruetic every day, it is the generic of Lasix called Furesimide. My dosage is 40mg once or twice a day, it really works well, and my heart don't pound on this drug, as it has in the past with other diuretics. I have 4 pit edema (I think that's what they call it), if I don't take the diuretic, then I could develop congestive heart failure, or pulmonary edema. I also have to take a potassium pill, every time I take a diuretic.
