Sorry to hear about your bad day! That's the kick in the butt that I needed because I've been thinking a lot lately about buying a couple of extra inserters, just in case, but I still haven't. I think I'll put it on my "to do" list for tomorrow! I don't know how to manually insert the thing either - needles still give me that nervous in the pit of your stomach feeling! Hope things are back on track for you now!
