1. Since I AM an English teacher at heart, and by profession, are there no punctuation keys on your computer?

2. if you like him, then hang on to him.

3. for me, coke or other high sugar stuff causes B/G spikes not just rebounds

Suggestion:

I use either carb tabs or food with protein andcarbs. That seems to level me out better.
