To me, there's a kind of security in eating a lot of the same things...i've learned what foods affect me how, and now I don't have to worry, just eat something off my list...guess I'm a bit anal..or maybe lazy, not sure which.

I'm happiest when I don't have to think about it and can just have lunch or whatever meal. Then, for just awhile, I can pretend I don't have diabetes and really be sure my levels will remain stable.
