| I wear mine (a Paradigm 512) with the holster almost exclusively- easy access and I don't mind the extra bulk since the holster does provide a little extra protection. I will use the low-profile clip if I'm wearing it with dressier clothes or under clothing (for example, clipped inside the waistband of dress pants with the clip facing out). I haven't bothered with a case for it, but I do put a piece of screen protector film over the screen because it always gets scratched. The film is designed for PDAs and cell phones and can be found at almost any office of electronics store.
