| i drink motts lite apple juice for breakfast... cause in the winter time its harder to buy fruits... as they are so expensive... i still buy them just not as much.
its only got 15 carbs per 8 oz cup, i think a real servin size is 4 oz. so im getting two fruit servings a day at least, and more if i eat applesauce (no sugar added) etc... until the prices on fruit lower in the spring i cannot afford to eat them that often...
and i bought the frozen fruits... but i just dont like them at all... i like them in there original texture not mushy
